Linda has been a leader in Talent and Organizational Development and Human Resources both inside and outside organizations for over 25 years. Her success stems from her ability to quickly understand people issues and team dynamics and how they relate to the core business and culture.
She has worked in many industries including health care (Lahey Hospital, Boston Medical Center), Health Insurance (Tufts Health Plan, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care), Tech Start-Ups (Endeca, Viant, Blockrize, Sense), Philanthropy (Combined Jewish Philanthropies, Trustees of the Reservation) and Consumer Goods (New Balance, Under Armour.)
Linda is certified/trained in Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, DDI, Insights, Graphic Facilitation, Success Coaching and Individual and Team Resilience Profiles, Strengthsfinder, and DiSC. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, a Master’s degree in Organizational Communication and a certificate in Leadership for Change. She has coached Executives in the US and Asia.
